We’re here to make the booking process as simple and as easy to understand as possible and we pride ourselves on offering our clients the best possible holiday options, tailored to their exact needs. On our hotel, condo & apartment pages we include guide pricing to give an indication of the price differences between our featured properties.

We will then contact you to discuss your specific requirements and to clarify any important details. Once we've created your holiday itinerary, we'll revert back to you with a holiday solution and give you an individual 6 digit quote reference number.
Hold an option?
Next step to think about is holding an option (or confirming a booking). If you want to confirm a booking - see below. If you'd like to hold an option: where possible, we can provisionally hold flight and hotel space for up to 48 hours on option for you, giving you the chance to discuss the quote with your family or friends safe in the knowledge that space is held. Our reservations team will advise you on what's possible. If you'd like to hold an option then we'll need the following information:
- Your 6 digit quote reference number
- The full names of those travelling as per passports
- All passengers dates of birth
Holding an option does not commit you in any way. It's vital that the names provided exactly match the title, first name and surnames on the passport. Changes are difficult and sometimes impossible to make after a booking has been made.
Confirm a booking
To make a confirmed booking, please call us with your 6 digit quote reference number. We'll then re-check the quotation and ask you for a few more details, and finally we'll need to take a deposit from you to confirm the booking. We will let you know how much the non-refundable deposit is at time of booking. A deposit is required for all of our bookings. Our booking conditions come into force when we issue your holiday booking confirmation.
Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive:

- ATOL certificate (for flight inclusive packages)
- Full information on discounted ski ‘extras’, such as ski lift tickets, equipment rentals and lessons.
- Essential travel information - relevant to your destination
Your holiday balance payment is due no later than 10 weeks prior to departure. This date is shown on your holiday booking confirmation. In the case of bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
