The free regular town shuttle also stops right outside for those guests who want to explore nearby downtown Winter Park town. Offering large, spacious self-catered accommodation Founders Pointe is an excellent choice for families. Founders Pointe and Fraser Crossing are pretty much inter-changeable - same design, similar layout, common amenities and shared facilities, and both in the same quiet location. Accommodation varies from open-plan Studios with kitchenettes to large 3 Bedroom condos with fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with fireplace.

Open-plan studios have a kitchenette, whilst 1 Bedroom Condos can feature kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens - you can choose which version you'd like. All 2 and 3 Bedroom Condos have full equipped kitchens. Most units offer one King bed and a sofa bed, and the larger units offer a Queen bed in the second and/or third bedroom. Units are available as Silver and Gold options. All units have one bathroom per bedroom, except the 3 Bedroom Condo which only has two bathrooms.
