Dining in Morzine

Savoyard restaurants serving typical mountain food like fondues and raclettes are in abundance in Morzine. L'Etale is a great choice and offers a varied menu. La Chaudanne offers upmarket Savoyard dishes and has an impressive wine cellar. Or head to Le Clin d'Oeil for traditional French cuisine.  

For real foodies or for a special occasion, L'Atelier at Hotel Le Samoyède is widely considered to be Morzine's top fine dining destination, with its head chef trained to Michelin standards.

On the mountain, L’Alpage du Crot comes highly recommended as a great coffee stop on the long blue run down to Les Prodains (from Avoriaz). It's a perfect sun trap and serves excellent soup and sandwiches.
